Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Perform daily room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping team
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup, valet parking, and concierge services as needed
- Uphold resort safety standards and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hotel experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
