Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all operations
- Support hotel events and special functions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
