Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures with a smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, reception area, and public restrooms.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in maintaining room inventory and reporting maintenance issues to the management team.
- Provide directions and local recommendations to guests to enhance their stay experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the hotel meets high standards of presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
