Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/out, concierge assistance, and room coordination
- Process reservations and manage front desk operations efficiently using PMS software
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest accommodations during peak seasons
- Maintain accurate documentation of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic office software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record (required for errands)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
