- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local events and city updates
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals and departure experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills highly valued
