Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and dining departments for seamless service
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or front desk/hotel operations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of LA attractions, dining, and transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including overnight shifts
