Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest assistance with reservations, dining recommendations, and local attractions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate transportation services and VIP arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Miami events, nightlife, and cultural offerings
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Valid Florida driver's license (for va duties)
