Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest assistance with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attraction bookings
- Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Philadelphia's cultural events, dining scene, and transportation systems
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process guest requests through property management systems with precision and timeliness
- Contribute to continuous improvement of guest service standards through team feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-end concierge experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Philadelphia local resident with in-depth knowledge of city attractions and logistics
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation platforms
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record required
