Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt professionalism
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and special guest requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest concerns
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Assist with event coordination and group bookings
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Wichita attractions and local area
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/Marriott systems a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Kansas driver's license for occasional errands
