- Personalize guest experiences with local Nashville recommendations and insider tips
- Coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests seamlessly
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving expertise
- Collaborate with front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Manage VIP guest experiences and event coordination support
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or luxury service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Nashville attractions, events, and culture
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
