- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately

Qualifications
- 1+ years in hospitality or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of Austin attractions and events
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
