Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly and professional tone.
- Process payments and manage guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with baggage handling and provide directions to guests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
