Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries, emails, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating room service and housekeeping requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
