- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately using hotel systems
- Maintain detailed guest records and ensure all interactions are documented in property management software
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
