Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check-out guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Process payments accurately and maintain organized guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness and safety at the front desk
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required if under 18)
