Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, lounges, and event spaces
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak periods
- Adhere to strict security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Nevada work permit and ID
