Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and professionally.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Perform security checks and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
