Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with inquiries or special requests.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are prepared according to strict quality standards.
- Handle laundry and linen services efficiently and with care.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist in event setup, catering service, and lobby management during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and housekeeping management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift moderate weights.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be proficient in English and basic computer skills.
