Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes and throughout guest stays
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal guest satisfaction
- Assist with event setup, meeting room preparation, and banquet services
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Operate property management systems and POS equipment for transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and front desk
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving responsibilities included)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
