Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize residential and commercial spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (vacuums, floor polishers, steam cleaners) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with property management teams
- Manage time effectively to meet daily room assignment targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
