Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to maintain inventory levels and guest satisfaction.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly throughout the day and in common areas.
- Inspection: Conduct final inspections of rooms to verify all tasks are completed and report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor.
- Sanitation: Follow strict health and safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Laundry Duties: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot dust, dirt, and imperfections.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Uniform: Ability to wear and maintain a professional uniform.
