Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items.
- Report any damages or needed repairs to the Front Desk or Maintenance immediately.
- Move light furniture and equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning.
- Follow all safety protocols regarding chemical handling and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
