Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for VIP guests
- Handle reservations and optimize room allocation using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries with 5-star service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium suites
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Knowledge of LA tourism attractions and services
