Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to 5-star standards
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-department teams during peak hours and events
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols consistently
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if required for transport duties)
- Customer service certification a plus
