Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and common areas following established protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury standards
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to property management
- Adapt cleaning schedules to accommodate guest preferences and special requests
- Follow eco-friendly practices using sustainable cleaning products
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to perfection
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation for NYC assignments
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
