Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with personalized service excellence
- Curate and secure premium dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations
- Manage VIP guest preferences and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Maintain deep knowledge of Boston's cultural attractions and events
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff
- Resolve guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge or guest relations experience
- Proven ability to manage high-profile clientele
- Extensive Boston area network and insider knowledge
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
