Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests for dining, entertainment, and transportation with precision
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and attractions
- Coordinate VIP experiences including event tickets, private tours, and exclusive access
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff on service protocols
- Manage reservation systems and optimize guest satisfaction metrics
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume properties
- Extensive knowledge of Charlotte's arts, culture, and culinary scene
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
