Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for flawless service delivery
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and generate daily reports
- Train and mentor new front desk staff on hotel systems and service standards
- Implement upselling strategies for rooms, dining, and spa services
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 2+ years front desk or guest services experience in luxury hotel setting
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
