Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve escalated guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in hotel front office operations with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial acumen with revenue management knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
