Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Resolve guest complaints and elevate service standards
- Implement revenue management strategies for room inventory
- Train and mentor front office team members
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments
- Manage VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Monitor departmental KPIs and financial performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proven leadership in luxury/hospitality settings
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial acumen and revenue management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
- Valid California Food Handler Card
