Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10+ hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement personalized guest recognition programs
- Oversee VIP arrivals, special events, and high-profile accommodations
- Collaborate with F&B, concierge, and housekeeping departments
- Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvement strategies
- Maintain relationships with corporate partners and travel agencies
- Train staff on luxury service standards and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with front desk experience
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction metrics (95%+ satisfaction scores)
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English with additional language preferred
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
