Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences through tailored recommendations for Austin's dining, nightlife, and cultural attractions
- Coordinate complex guest requests including transportation, reservations, and VIP experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local events, seasonal activities, and hidden gems
- Collaborate with front desk and management teams to ensure seamless guest service
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
- Manage VIP guest relationships and anticipate needs before they arise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume urban environment
- Deep knowledge of Austin's hospitality scene, attractions, and seasonal events
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
