Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with proactive, personalized service
- Secure exclusive reservations at premier Dallas restaurants and attractions
- Manage VIP guest experiences and special event coordination
- Maintain deep knowledge of Dallas culture, events, and logistics
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume markets
- Exceptional communication and cultural fluency
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Deep network of Dallas hospitality and entertainment contacts
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Professional certification (CHA/CHIA) preferred
