Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with proactive, personalized service
- Coordinate exclusive experiences: yacht charters, celebrity chef dinners, VIP event access
- Lead and mentor front desk/concierge team during all shifts
- Maintain comprehensive local knowledge (attractions, dining, transportation)
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service recovery situations
- Collaborate with F&B and Events teams for seamless guest experiences
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume properties
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Exceptional local network and insider knowledge of Long Beach/LA
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued (Spanish, Japanese)
- Advanced reservation systems proficiency (Opera, Sabre)
- Valid CA driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/holidays
- Hotel school certification preferred
