Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services through personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Coordinate VIP experiences including transportation, event tickets, and exclusive reservations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Sacramento's cultural events, seasonal activities, and transportation networks
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest interactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Train junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge or guest services experience
- Proven knowledge of Sacramento's tourism landscape and attractions
- Exceptional communication and multilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
