Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Analyze financial metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Atlanta tourism market dynamics
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Georgia Food Service Manager certification
