Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and train department heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage budgetary controls and financial reporting
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and online reputation management
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business development
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven P&L management experience
- Strong knowledge of Opera, Amadeus, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Manager certification
