Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 30+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business development
- Resolve complex guest issues and maintain high satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid North Carolina Food Protection Manager certification
