Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Manage department heads, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture
- Monitor budget adherence, control operational costs, and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas Food Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
