Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams of 100+ hospitality professionals
- Manage vendor relationships and control operational budgets ($8M+)
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategies
- Drive guest satisfaction scores above industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven P&L management experience with $5M+ budgets
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in revenue management systems
- Knowledge of Miami market dynamics and tourism trends
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager license required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
