Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed guest satisfaction goals
- Manage multi-million dollar budget and optimize profitability through cost control
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Forge key partnerships with local tourism boards and corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
- Analyze market trends to drive innovative revenue streams
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and KPIs
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong understanding of Atlanta's tourism and corporate markets
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
