Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Analyze financial metrics and optimize revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve escalated issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems and revenue management
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler Manager certification preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable
