Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Financial management: budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control initiatives
- Staff leadership: recruitment, training, and performance management of 50+ team members
- Guest experience excellence: implementing service standards and resolving complex guest concerns
- Business development: driving occupancy rates through targeted marketing partnerships
- Compliance assurance: maintaining AAA and brand standards across all operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization expertise
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS and hospitality analytics tools
- Valid Georgia Food Service Manager certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
