Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve financial targets
- Lead team of 50+ staff through training, performance reviews, and mentorship
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service improvement initiatives
- Manage budget, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury/premium brands
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight experience
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- New Mexico hotel operator license preferred
- Fluency in Spanish highly valued for local market
