Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service issues promptly
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for occupancy targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license
