Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve complex guest complaints with exceptional service recovery
- Monitor financial performance including P&L statements and budget adherence
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury or boutique hotel operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Tennessee Food Service Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
