Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute daily hotel operations to exceed guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead cross-departmental teams (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, engineering) with precision
- Optimize room inventory and maximize revenue through dynamic pricing strategies
- Develop and implement innovative service protocols aligned with brand standards
- Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service escalations
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations and brand policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and operational KPIs
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management tools
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control proficiency
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of Oakland tourism market and competitive landscape
- Hotel management degree or equivalent certification required
