Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage complex reservations, VIP requests, and special event coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
- Train and mentor junior reception staff on service standards
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize room revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Tulsa attractions and local services
