Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle phone reservations and manage front desk communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Provide local recommendations and assist guest inquiries
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness and safety
- Assist with event setup and guest services as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old with valid work permit
- Exceptional customer service attitude and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible weekend/weekday availability
