Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management systems for reservations and billing
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
